About Us

We are a law firm based at Varsity Lakes on Queensland’s Gold Coast. We practice preventative law. What do we mean by preventative law? We provide professional advice to people in business or contemplating going into business, home buyers, property buyers, investors, people preparing for succession planning including establishing a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) and people requiring Australian visas, all with the express aim to prevent any possible adverse outcomes.

It is all about you

Our mission is to keep you legally safe

We provide a personalised service for our clients with flexible hours to suite our clients’ busy schedules. We are mobile and will conduct meetings with our clients at their office where possible or on the Zoom video platform saving them the time and inconvenience of driving to our office. Once you become a client of Duncan and Duncan Solicitors you will find it a very simple matter to speak with the solicitor in charge of your file easily and directly including after general business hours and on weekends.

More importantly our fees are affordable and in compliance with the Queensland Law Society schedule of fees.  We are required to provide you with a Client Services Agreement (CSA) that clearly states what services we intend to perform for you and an estimate of the costs including possible external costs. In addition you will have easy access to your staff member in respect to your matter for those telephone calls so vital to a smooth communication path.

It is all about you. Without you we have no business.
